Terms of Service
1. Introduction

Not provided by DIYShop.
5. Accounts and Security

5.3 You agree that DIYShop may, for any reason and in its sole discretion, and without notice or liability to you or any third party. Cancel your account and user ID immediately. and remove or revoke any content associated with your account or user ID from the Site. or, in more extreme cases, may suspend any sale or refund permanently and/or take any other measure DIYShop deems appropriate. The grounds for such cancellation may include: but not limited to: (a) prolonged inactivity; (b) violation of the spirit or character of these Terms of Service; (c) unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, threatening or threatening behavior; (d) the presence of Multiple User Accounts for Unlawful Reasons
6. Terms of use

(k) Access the DIYShop Platform, open an account or access your account using DIYShop hardware, instructions or unofficial programs. which is not limited to emulator, simulator, bot, or any other software or hardware
(l) modify the price of a product or interfere with another user’s product catalog;
(m) take any action that may undermine the feedback system or the scoring system;
(n) attempt to disassemble the file; reverse engineering Disassemble or drill the service system (or any part of the Services) or overcome or destroy any encryption technology or security measures DIYShop applies to the Services and/or information transmitted, processed or stored by DIYShop .
(o) harvest or collect information about other account holders, including without limitation any personal information;
(p) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available content that you do not have a right to make available under law or under contractual or authorization relationships (such as inside information, proprietary information and confidential information known or disclosed from an employment relationship or under a non-disclosure agreement) is applicable
(d) Upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise render infringing content. trademark Trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of others can be used.
(t) Upload, email, post, forward or render any unsolicited or authorized advertisements. Public relations materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid businesses,” or any other form of solicitation are prohibited.

(n) take action or participate in any act that could directly or indirectly harm, disable, burden or impairs the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
(b) use the Services for intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national or international law, regulation, code, directive, guideline, policy or regulation, including but not limited to: Laws and Requirements (whether there is no legal authority) in relation to anti-money laundering or anti-terrorism
(p) use the Service to violate or circumvent Sanctions or embargoes executed or enforced by the US Treasury Department’s Bureau of Foreign Assets Control. United Nations Security Council EU or UK Ministry of Finance
(i) use the Service to violate the privacy of others, or “track” or harass others;
(f) infringes any of DIYShop ‘s rights, including intellectual property rights and fraud therein;
(p) use the Service to collect or store personal information about other users in connection with the prohibited acts and activities listed above.
(f) post copyright infringement items trademark or the intellectual property rights of third parties or use the Service in a manner that would infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
7. Violation of our Terms of Service
7.1 Violation of these Terms of Service including any DIYShop terms, conditions and policies may result in a number of actions. including but not limited to any or all of the following

o Set limits for account privileges.
o The account is subsequently suspended and terminated.
o Criminal prosecution
o Civil prosecution including, but not limited to, claims for damages and/or temporary means. before the court’s judgment or injunction

8. Reporting Intellectual Property Rights Violations
8.1 as stated above DIYShop does not allow the posting of products that infringe the intellectual property rights of the brands or other intellectual property rights owners. (“IPR Owner”)
8.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated. Users are independent individuals or businesses and are not associated with DIYShop in any way. DIYShop is not an agent or representative of Users and does not own and/or own any merchandise. listed on the site
8.3 If you are an IPR owner or a duly authorized representative of the IPR owner (“IPR Agent”) and you believe that your rights or your principal rights have been violated. Please let us know by submitting the email at pharapluxngp@gmail.com and send us the documents listed below to support your claim. Please allow us time to process the information submitted to us and DIYShop will respond to your complaint as soon as practicable.
8.4 Claims under this Section 8 must be submitted in the form prescribed by DIYShop, as may be updated from time to time. and, at a minimum, the following: (a) the physical or electronic signature of the IPR Owner or IPR Agent (collectively, the IPR Agent); (b) a description of the type and nature of the intellectual property rights allegedly infringed and evidence of their rights. (c) a description of the alleged infringement with sufficient detail to enable DIYShop to assess the complaint; (d) the URL of the alleged infringement listing; (e) information sufficient to enable DIYShop to contact the seller. can provide information such as postal address phone number and email address (f) a statement from the Contributor that the complaint was filed in good faith and the use of intellectual property identified by the Contributor. not authorized by the owner of the IPR or as permitted by law; (g) a statement from the informant that the information in the notice is correct; The information provider will be liable for any damages we may suffer as a result of the information provided by the information provider. The owner of the IPR in all cases related to such complaints.
8.5 Except in the event of an infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights stated above, DIYShop assumes no obligation to provide assistance or take any action. To enforce commercial agreements between producers and sellers including the subject of exclusive distribution rights and price control
8.6 Each and every seller agrees not to DIYShop and its affiliates responsible for all claims from action of damages and adjudication of removal of any content or product listing arising out of any intellectual property infringement claim.
9. Ordering and payment
9.1 DIYShop may provide payment by various methods. DIYShop reserves the sole right to modify, suspend or terminate any type of payment method without notice.
(1) credit card
Credit card payments are made through third party payment methods. And the types of credit cards accepted by these payment methods may vary depending on the jurisdiction in which you are located.
(2) Cash on Delivery (Cash on Delivery, COD)
DIYShop provides cash-on-delivery for the service in some countries. The Buyer may pay in cash directly to the Shipping Agent at the time the Buyer receives the Order.
(3) Bank transfer
Buyers can pay via ATMs, QR PromptPay, or via internet banking. (“Bank Transfer”) to our designated DIYShop Guarantee account. (as defined in Section 10), Buyer must provide DIYShop with a remittance receipt or payment transaction reference number for verification through the function. “Upload Receipt” located in the DIYShop app as confirmation of payment. If DIYShop does not receive a confirmation of payment within three (3) days, the purchaser’s order will be cancelled.
9.2 The Buyer may change the preferred payment method only if the change is made prior to making payment.
9.3 DIYShop assumes no responsibility and will not accept any liability. against loss or damage to Buyer arising from shipping and/or payment information entered by Buyer. or that the buyer transfers the payment for the wrong purchase We reserve the right to verify that buyers are properly authorized to use certain payment methods. and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed. or cancel the relevant transaction in the absence of such confirmation
9.4 In the event that DIYShop is able to pay the User only by bank transfer. Users are required to provide DIYShop with their deposit account information in order to receive payments, ie, by selling products. or refund from DIYShop
10. Cancellation, Return and Refund
10.1 Buyer may cancel an Order only before the Buyer’s purchase price is paid to his DIYShop Guarantee account.

11. Seller's Responsibilities
11.1 Seller should manage and ensure appropriately that relevant information such as prices and product details inventory amount And the terms and conditions of sale are updated in the seller’s inventory. and do not post inaccurate or misleading information.
11.2 The price of the Goods to be sold is determined by the Seller at the Seller’s own discretion. The total amount charged to the Buyer includes the item price, shipping costs, and other charges such as sales tax, VAT, customs, etc. and the Seller will not charge the Buyer any such additional and separately.
Seller agrees that DIYShop has the right (but not the duty) to organize promotional activities. To encourage transactions between buyers and sellers and other transactions on the Site, including but not limited to reducing, rebating or refunding fees. or by other means from time to time DIYShop may, in its sole discretion, charge Seller all or part of the cost of any Promotion Event or Promotion Participation Fee, where DIYShop will provide the terms and conditions for that Promotion. let the seller know If the seller does not wish to participate in such activities The Seller is obliged to notify DIYShop in writing of the cancellation of participation in the Promotion. During the trial period, participate in promotional activities. or within the time period specified by DIYShop (as the case may be), otherwise the Seller agrees to abide by the rules, conditions and procedures for the relevant promotional activities. including payment of expenses or fees for participation in promotional activities (if any)).
11.3 For promotional purposes, items listed by Sellers, DIYShop may post such items. on third party websites (such as portal sites and price comparison sites) as well as on other websites. (domestic or international) operated by DIYShop
11.4 The seller must issue a receipt. credit card slip or tax invoice to the buyer upon request.
11.5 Seller acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will be responsible for paying all taxes, customs and duties for the merchandise sold and DIYShop cannot provide legal or tax advice in this regard. As tax laws and regulations may change from time to time, it is advisable that if in doubt, Sellers should seek professional advice.
11.6 Seller acknowledges and agrees that if Seller violates any of DIYShop’s policies, action will be taken. as stated in clause 7.1.
12. Fee
12.1 DIYShop charges Seller a Service Fee based on the type of Service Fee. which is in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Fee Policy under the policy of DIYShop
(1) sales fee
DIYShop charges Seller a Sales Transaction Fee upon the successful completion of any Purchase Transaction, provided that Seller agrees DIYShop to deduct such Fee from Buyer’s purchase amount that DIYShop will transfer to Seller. (“Sales Fee”) with details about the collection of Sales Fees. sales fee rate The calculation method and relevant conditions are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Fee Policy This may be revised from time to time as DIYShop deems appropriate and will be notified to the Seller/User through the Platform.
(2) Transaction fees This includes but is not limited to;
· Credit or debit card transaction fees and credit card transaction fees in installments
(a) credit or debit card transaction fees; Will be collected when the purchaser has paid for the product via credit or debit card. Whether paid in full or in installments, DIYShop will collect a credit card fee by deducting such fees from Buyer’s purchases that DIYShop will transfer to Seller. (hereinafter referred to as “Credit Card or Debit Card Transaction Fee” or “Installation Credit Card Transaction Fee”, as the case may be), provided the Seller is solely responsible for such fees.

(c) Seller may add credit or debit card transaction fees or installment credit card transaction fees. to the price of the product that is available In such event, Seller agrees not to charge Buyer any other fees related to the use of credit or debit cards. DIYShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate Seller’s account services if Seller has breached any of the above. said this

12.2 When a fee is charged Such fees are subject to GST/VAT and other applicable taxes. included. The seller will be responsible for those taxes. unless otherwise agreed Seller acknowledges and agrees that DIYShop may deduct applicable fees and taxes from purchases paid by Buyers. DIYShop will issue a receipt or tax invoice on request for fees and taxes paid by Seller.
12.3 If any fees (Including VAT/VAT) with decimal numbers greater than or equal to 50 satangs, the seller agrees to charge such fees in the amount after rounding up to the whole number. and agree to charge the fee after rounding down to the whole number If the fee (Including VAT/VAT) has a decimal number less than 50 satang and the seller agrees to pay DIYShop for the amount charged to DIYShop.
12.4 DIYShop reserves the right to modify any fees and charges. to be stored After the fee has been adjusted If you continue to use this service You will immediately be deemed to have accepted such modification of the fee.
13. Dispute
13.1 In case of any transaction problems Dispute resolution of the issue will be in accordance with any DIYShop policies.
13.2 Each Buyer and Seller represent and agree that they will not sue or file any complaint against DIYShop or its affiliates. (except where DIYShop or its affiliates is a seller in the transaction pursuant to such claim) in connection with any transaction. made on the Site or any dispute related to such transactions
13.3 Users covered under the DIYShop Guarantee may submit a written request to DIYShop to assist in resolving issues which may arise in connection with the transaction upon request. self and without absolute liability to buyers and sellers. Take all steps necessary to help users settle disputes between them. Please refer to DIYShop’s Refund and Return Policy for more details.
13.4 For clarity The services provided under this Section 21 are applicable only to buyers covered under the DIYShop Guarantee. Buyers using an alternative payment method for purchases should contact Seller directly.
14. Comments
14.1 DIYShop welcomes all comments from users. This will help DIYShop improve the quality of the services provided. Please see below for more details on the comment submission process.
(i) Comments may be submitted in writing by email to or use the in-app feedback form
(ii) Anonymous Comments are not accepted.
(iii) Users affected by Comments should be fully informed of the facts. and given the opportunity to clarify matters
(iv) Vague and derogatory comments are not accepted.
15. Disclaimer
15.1 This service is provided. “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY. claim or endorsement by DIYSHOP in any manner whether express, implied or compulsory in connection with the service including but not limited to Quality assurance, operation, non-infringement ability to trade or fitness for a particular purpose INCLUDING NO WARRANTIES ARISING IN CONNECTION, OPERATION OR COMMERCIAL USE. without limiting the aforementioned AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIYSHOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, THIS SITE OR OPERATION ON THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SAFE, ACCURACY, COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE. that defects, if any, will be corrected, or that this site and/or its servers will operate free of viruses, clocks, timers, counters, worms, software locks; Spy devices, Trojan horses, routing, trap doors, time bombs, or any other malicious code, instructions, programs or components.
15.2 You acknowledge that all risks arising from the use or operation of this site and/or services It belongs to you to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
15.3 DIYSHOP does not control and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law does not warrant or is responsible for: (a) the fitness for the purpose, availability, quality, safety or legality of the goods sold through the Services; or (b) the seller’s or buyer’s ability to sell the goods. pay for goods If there is a dispute involving one or more users Such users agree to directly settle disputes between them. 16.2 You acknowledge and agree that your sole rights are with respect to any problem or dissatisfaction. In the Service is to request that your account be terminated. and/or stop using the service
16.3 If, notwithstanding the preceding section, DIYSHOP is liable to a court or jurisdiction. (including against gross negligence) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Liability to you or any third party will be limited to less than (a) the amount due to you under DIYSHOP GUARANTEE and (b) USD $50 (one hundred USD).
16.4 Nothing in these Terms of Service shall limit or exclude liability for death. or bodily injury caused by DIYSHOP’s negligence, fraud or any other liability on DIYSHOP’s part that cannot be limited and/or excluded by law.
17. Your Contributions to the Service
17.1 Submission of Content for inclusion in the Service By doing so, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and/or permissions to grant DIYShop the licenses below.
